We currently service Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Sunnyvale.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured by Evanston Insurance Company, policy number CL 480100687. We are also members of Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.

Can I have you visit me twice a week, bi-weekly or monthly?

Of course! It all depends on your needs. Give us a call and we'll work out a schedule that works for you and your dog.

Do I have to be at home when you visit?

No. We only ask that you leave the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day.

Do I have to lock the dog inside when you visit?

In most cases, we have no problem with your dog being out in the yard. If your pooch is particularly protective and presents a potential problem, we would advise leaving him/her inside for our safety. However, we think it's important to get to know our clients (human and canine alike).

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

As long as we have 24 hours notice, it's no problem. We're quite flexible and will gladly work around your schedule.

My cat's litter box needs changing, too. Can you do that as well?

Poop is poop. If it came out of your pet, we'll take it off your hands.

Hey! I'm going out of town! Can you take care of my pets?

Of course! We have plenty of experience pet-sitting. We can visit daily, twice daily or even do overnights. Feel free to call for references.

How about dog walking?

We love it! In fact, our list of dog walking customers is growing at quite a clip.
